- Prices will be adjust according to Currency Rates as all items are import directly from Korea/Japan. So please don't come telling me you saw this bag last month or whenwhen in my blog at only $XX why now $XX?
- This goes the same for supplying. Thank you for all's understanding.
Copy Rights
- Pictures, Logos are copy rights of Cotton Plush and no using of these copy right items without notice us. If you need our pictures or whatsoever, please notice us.
Cancellation of orders
- Cotton Plush will refund the full amount paid if orders is being cancelled due to unavailability of goods.
- No cancellation of orders once order is confirmed and submit by customers. I don't want to blacklist anyone.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
- There may be informations on Cotton Plush that contain typographical errors, In accurate pricing and etc. We reserves the rights to change, correct, update informations at any time without prior notice.
Products
- All goods and items is 80-90% similar to pictures. Resolutions and Graphics card of each and everyone's PC is different. Therefore, tone and colour of pictures varies.
Exchanges and Refunds Policy
- All goods are non-refundable and exchangeable, therefore please check color/size before ordering. Refunds will only be made if items is out of stocks.
- All items will be double confirm and tally with your orders confirmations before sending out. Therefore, pls check your confirmation mails carefully.
- Please note that due to some lighting and color shine, colour tone and texture may seems different as pictures. We do not offer exchanges for these differences.
- We do not accept "unreasonable" exchange/refund by customers. "Unreasonable" = items is not up to "what you thought", or via normal postage. Etc; "I thought I can fit in this shirt."
- Afterall, we seek all customers understanding. If customer want 100% premier best quality or 100% exactly same, we suggest customer do not purchase from us.
